“Imprints on the Water Surface” is a project about the ways in which we leave our marks on our surrounding environment. This theme was tackled through the creation of a series of images which depicts different interactions between man and water.
The project was brought to life after a year of travelling, taking photos and researching different aspects of environmental protection.
When thinking about the theme “My sky” the only idea that came into mind was the concept of why would it be MY sky?
The story is about someone or something who can manipulate the sky. This can be interpreted as depicting situations from real life where powerful people take for granted our environment and end up destroying it for their own profit.
The message is clear: There is no “My sky”. There is just one sky we all share.
